Our Pastors

Rob McWilliams is Anchor Church’s Lead Pastor. Rob has been on staff since 1985 as an executive pastor, and, alongside his wife Debbie, has served faithfully overseeing various ministries. They are the parents of three children and the extremely proud grandparents of seven amazing grandchildren. Rob is known for his enthusiasm for loving and serving God, his strong desire to help people live the life God fully intended them to live, and his love for UH sports and golf.
