We know many of you desire to take the next step in your relationship with Anchor Church––to go deeper in your involvement in seeing God move powerfully in our community.
One way to do that is to help us solve our most pressing problem…we need a new, larger building! As you know, we’ve reached our sanctuary’s capacity with our current tent set-up––our services are packed and our kids and youth rooms are maxed out.
Plus we’ve got A/C issues, distracting noise from the rain, and bathroom accommodations. More than that, we know how frustrating it is to sit in the courtyard outside of the tent or even be turned away during special services because there simply isn’t enough room for every member, visitor, and guest.
Situations like these break our heart because we believe it should be easy for everyone to experience all God is doing here at Anchor Church.
That’s why we’ve launched our “Make Room for More” campaign to help raise the funding we need to build a new sanctuary on our church campus.
Having served Hawaii and the Kane`ohe community since 1983 with continued financial integrity–along with our ECFA Certification–we’re excited to invite you into this building campaign to see all that God can do when we join together in hard work, in prayer, and with our finances.
BOLD FAITH AND BIG PRAYERS
The simple, but bold prayer that Jabez prayed is one that both inspires and challenges us as we expectantly look forward to this new and exciting season of growth in the life of Anchor Church:
“He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, ‘Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!’ And God granted him his request.” – 1 Chronicles 4:10
Let’s be people who are bold, audacious and faithful enough to ask God to bless us, expand our territory, personally be with us and protect us, as we make room for more.
