YOGA BASICS AND BEYOND

You will have an opportunity to participate in a quality multilevel Yoga class! It will be a basic, alignment-based class for beginners with challenging options for intermediate practitioners as well. Themes of the class will be based on biblical principles. Yoga is a healthy form of exercise, gentle on the body yet challenging at the same time. It strengthens the body and relaxes the mind and the nervous system. Yoga is an excellent practice to prepare one’s self for meditation; it connects people to people, and people to God. Yoga is not a religion.

This class is to men and women. A release form is required for each person who is attending the class. Download the form below and bring the completed form with you to the first class.

The instructor, Michelle Narhi, is a certified yoga instructor.
