We are excited to re-gather on our campus again!  Although we love meeting you online and will continue to do so, we know many of you have been eagerly awaiting a return to seeing each other and worshiping in person.

While many of us would love to see church services return to pre-pandemic status, the reality is that changes are in store. As we re-gather, we will host Watch Parties as the services in the auditorium and courtyard. Watch Parties will give us the opportunity to be together physically, which is what most people miss about service, coupled with our worship band and the message on video to give us a beautifully engineered picture and sound that is crisp, clear and visually pleasing. This will also give the staff the freedom to focus on all of you!

There are several things to keep in mind as we re-gather:

  • Please make a reservation prior to coming.
  • Everyone over 3 years old should wear a mask for the entire service.
  • Please stay at home if you’re not feeling well, have come into contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last two weeks or are awaiting COVID-19 test results.

Please note that we especially want to be mindful of the health of the most vulnerable among us, those with pre-existing conditions, low immunity or compromised health, and ask that they watch online from the safety of their homes.

With new information, requirements and guidelines evolving on an almost daily basis, our staff has been working hard to ensure that our plans to continually clean and sanitize the campus using the most effective methods will give you peace of mind while you’re here. And with you doing your part by wearing facemasks and physical distancing while on campus, we will have a safe and enjoyable re-gathering!

Re-Gathering FAQ

What should I do prior to attending a service?

You can now visit our “Reservation Page” to reserve seats for you and your family at whatever service you want to attend. Seating will be limited in order to follow physical distancing guidelines. You will be able to choose between the auditorium or courtyard seating. Make reservations only for members in your household, which helps us speed up the check-in process.

Each family member 3 years old and up should wear a face covering or mask while on campus. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure that you have enough time to check in and find your seat before service begins.

What happens when I arrive?

When you arrive, please check in at the auditorium’s entrance or courtyard check-in station where you will have your no-touch temperature taken. Having your reservation code on your phone or a printed confirmation in hand will ensure a quick check-in. Printed sermon notes will be available for you there. You can then follow an usher to find your seat. Please do your best to maintain a safe six-foot distance as you move through and take your seat. Family members may sit together.

Will there be Anchor Kids available for my children?

No childcare or Anchor Kids will be available for now to give us time to monitor the needs and prepare, however, we are planning to begin Anchor Kids some time after Christmas at all services for kindergarten through sixth grade only (no nursery and preschool for now).

If your children will be sitting with you in service, please have them wear facemasks if they are 3 years old or older, and bring quiet activities such as coloring books, an iPad with earphones or reading books so they can be occupied during the message. If they should become restless, please take them outside in consideration for others.

Will restrooms be available?

Yes, our restrooms will be open during service. Restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized frequently by our cleaning team. We ask that you do your part in maintaining physical distancing should there be a line to enter, use seat covers, and wash your hands thoroughly.

Will there be any beverage service available?

To ensure your safety, we will not be serving any beverages for the foreseeable future. We encourage you to bring your own beverages in a spill-proof container if you desire.

What will parking look like at service?

Parking will remain the same, with stalls along the front of our buildings reserved for those with babies or young children and seniors or others who have difficulty walking.

Will online services still be available?

Our online services will still be available through our website, app, Facebook and YouTube. Online services will be available on Fridays at 7pm, Saturdays at 5pm, and Sundays at 8am, 10am and 5pm. We are committed to continuing the same level of excellence that you’ve been experiencing during the past several months for those who feel more comfortable watching from home.

What precautions is the church taking to provide a safe environment?

We are taking every precaution as prescribed by the CDC to ensure that our campus is clean and safe for you and your family. We also will be asking everyone to wear a mask throughout the service (except for children under 3), and temperatures will be checked before people enter the worship areas.

We ask that those who are most vulnerable with pre-existing conditions, low immunity or compromised health to watch our service online. We value your safety above all else.

Also, if you have any of the following symptoms during the two weeks prior to service, please worship with us online:

  • Fever over 100 degrees
  • Cough or sore throat
  • Shortness of breath
  • Any flu-like symptoms
  • Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days

With your safety and comfort at the top of our concerns, we are excited to share our plans for gathering on campus once again, even as we continue with our online services for those who feel more comfortable with that option.

Please note that we especially want to be mindful of the health of the most vulnerable among us, those with pre-existing conditions, low immunity or compromised health, and ask that they watch online from the safety of their homes.

And with you doing your part by wearing facemasks and physical distancing while on campus, we will have a safe and enjoyable re-gathering!
